If you are a first-time user who is an active PLU student and you DO NOT have an active PLU email account, please contact Student Services at (253) 535-7161 for assistance with assigning your PIN. Newly admitted students who do not have an active PLU email address should contact the Admission Office at (253) 535-7151.

If you cannot proceed to the next step or are unable to pay the Enrollment Deposit online, please contact the PLU Office of Admission at 800-274-6758 or admission@plu.edu or gradadmission@plu.edu (graduate or doctoral students).

This 8-digit ID can be found in your acceptance letter.
